The personalised piece that I want is out of stock, can I request it?

We handcraft all our pieces in small batches so sometimes they are out of stock on our website. If you can’t see the personalised jewellery piece that you want or it is out of stock, get in touch with the Loveness Lee team. We will do our best to help you.

Am I able to customise or engrave a piece?

At the moment we don’t offer personalisation or engraving on specific pieces. However, our Chinese Zodiac and Alphabet Collections offer truly special pieces for yourself or a loved one! If you’re after a custom piece, just speak to the team.

Are your personalised gifts hypoallergenic?

Yes, all our jewellery pieces are cast using recycled precious metals and are of high quality, meaning they are hypoallergenic and should not cause irritation to the skin.

Can more than one personalised jewellery piece be worn together?

Absolutely! We love to spell out initials, names or even secret messages with our Alphabet Collection! A luxe and unique way to showcase your individuality, we love to mix our metals too.
