Are your choker necklaces handcrafted?
All of our necklaces are handcrafted in our London workshop, which gives them each a unique touch. This is also why we advise that pieces can differ slightly from the images on our website as each piece is uniquely made.

Do you offer a repair service if my necklace becomes damaged?
We take great pride in the quality of our pieces but do understand that accidents can happen. That’s why we introduced our Aftercare Program, which includes one complimentary service with every Loveness Lee piece purchased. Our jewellers will fix, clean and service your necklace and give it another lease of life!

Does recycled silver mean it is of lower quality?
Not at all, the quality of your silver choker necklace remains at a high quality, even when using recycled precious metals. The only difference with recycled silver is that it has avoided the damaging process that mined silver can have on our environment. We do this because we’re passionate about creating sustainable jewellery and looking after our beautiful planet!
